Hyundai i40 Tourer Review (2012): 1.7 CRDi 136PS Blue Drive Style
Sun, 01 Jul 2012We have the Hyundai i40 Estate in for review in the guise of the i40 1.7 CRDi 136PS Blue Drive Style Tourer. Even though we’ve become used to Hyundai’s offerings becoming more credible every year, the Hyundai i40 Tourer is a different kettle of fish altogether. Volkswagen launches 'Future of the Car'
Thu, 10 Jul 2008Volkswagen has launched a new micro-site which looks at what people may be driving in the future - or whether they will be driving at all. Revolving around a short film set in the year 2028, in which a father tells his son about the automobile world of 20 years ago, the website showcases the Wolfsburg-based automaker's vision of the automotive world 20 years from now. These 'visions of the future', which take shape in the form of three autonomous concept cars called the 'One', 'Ego' and 'Room', offer an insight into the automotive world of tomorrow as seen through the tinted spectacles of Volkswagen developers and designers.
Drivers 'changing their habits'
Fri, 15 Aug 2014ALMOST a third of motorists have modified their on-the-road habits in the 12 months since new careless driving fines were introduced, according to an AA/Populus survey. But while 29% have altered their behaviour, as many as 74% say they have not noticed a change in other drivers' habits. The new measures have allowed police to issue a fixed penalty notice for less serious examples of careless driving, such as tailgating and middle-lane hogging.
