If you don’t fancy the chances of the Toyota TS030 Hybrid winning at Le Mans on its first attempt, then you’re looking at the car that will probably be taking the chequered flag at La Sarthe on June 17 2012. It’s the Audi R18 E-tron Quattro, a hybrid version of the Audi R18 TDI that won the 2011 Le Mans 24hrs. Audi R18 E-tron Quattro?

Lexus GS (2012) the first official pictures

This is the new Lexus GS, which has just been revealed at the 2011 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in California, USA. Presumably the new Lexus GS is clean and green? Well, yes, but much of the official Lexus press release is filled with phrases like ‘improved driving dynamics’ and ‘packed with innovative performance’, but no mention is made of fuel consumption or emission figures.

Sky's 3D pub channel will this weekend host the premiere of a 3D film showing David Coulthard driving the Mercedes SLS supercar around the Isle of Man.
