1962 Mercury Monterey 2 door left rear taillight.  The plastic has craze cracks from age but is still solid.  the metal has pitting, the mounting studs are good.  This is not an easy taillight to find, I know because I had to find one for my own Mercury when I owned one ten years ago, I had to search several large swap meets before I found just the lens.   Guess what I found sitting in one of our parts sheds since 1965 or so ?  Yea, when you don't need things that's when they turn up.  This is a solid light, I would have used it.   good condition, please see the pictures for the part numbers, thank you.

The deal for BMW to supply diesel engines to Toyota for Europe (and joint work on advanced lithium ion battery technology) makes a lot of sense. BMW’s diesel engine are possibly the best there are, and Toyota need good diesel offerings in Europe to mop up sales.

Car Sounds Music by Mark Marrington Yorkshire composer Mark Marrington has created ‘Dance Music with a vehicular Twist’ in a composition using car sounds. Making ‘music’ from car sounds is nothing new. If you’re a Top Gear fan you’ll remember music maestro James May doing something similar with TG’s theme tune Jessica to some derision, and the boys clicked and shut a trio of BL’s best to the tune of Pink Floyd’s ‘Money’.
