This is an NOS RH (passenger side) front fender inner lower shield, Ford part # D77Z 16102-A. This shield bolts to the inner lower fender and inner front radiator core support on Ford Couriers and Mazda B2000 Sundowners from 1977 thru 1980 (and likely fit additional years of these vehicles which you would need to determine). This assembly line installed steel splash shield is essential for protecting the frame and lower inner fender from debris when driving. The large round hole is for accessing the rear front bumper bracket bolt. This splash shield was made in Japan and has been obsolete from both Ford and Mazda for many years. The shield measures approx. 8" x 8" and has never been installed. The last two pictures show this shield installed on the driver's side of a 1980 Mazda B2000 Sundowner. Perfect for replacing missing, rusted or damaged RH splash shield with a factory original. New Lexus IS 300h, LF-LC and Lexus F-Sport all at 2013 Geneva Motor Show
Fri, 01 Feb 2013We’ll get to see the new Lexus IS 300h at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show together with an Opal Blue LF-CC and extended F Sport range. Probably of most interest – because we’ve not seen it in Europe yet, is the new Lexus IS 300h, the hybrid version of the 2013 Lexus IS – revealed at Detroit last month – which Lexus hope will pick up sales from the diesel competition. Lexus will be adding the F Sport trim to the IS 300h too to show that their cars can look as dynamic as those from Audi’s S Line, Mercedes’ AMG or BMW’s M Sport which, with an expected output of around 220bhp from the electric motor and 2.5 litre engine, isn’t all that incongruous.
McLaren MP4-12C to cost £168,500
Wed, 24 Nov 2010McLaren will charge £168,500 for the MP4-12C supercar in the UK. That's the new 2011 price, including the rise in VAT from 17.5% to 20% from 1 January. Today's news means that the MP4-12C will cost £1000 less than a Ferrari 458 Italia, its arch rival, at existing tax rates.
Road drainage problems increasing
Thu, 14 Aug 2014ROAD DRAINAGE during the mid-summer heatwave was no better than in the early-year floods, according to 40% of drivers. A further 9% said drainage in June was even worse than during the winter downpours, the AA/Populus survey of more than 18,000 AA members showed. Most dissatisfaction with the state of the roads in mid-summer was shown by drivers in Yorkshire and Humberside, with 46% of them reckoning drainage was no better than during the winter.
