Inside plastic that faces driver from steering column back- NOTE there is a tiny tear on picture 2 and 3 that is on this part. I do not remember seeing it as I was on machine, so it either is barely noticeable mounted, OR it tore a little when I removed it from machine. So look it over carefully and see it you want it as is.
