Up for grabs is a salvage 2002 Hyundai Sonata Fuel Vapor Canister. Vehicle had approximately 72,xxx miles on it. Canister itself almost looks new! Item checked to make sure it is in good operating order and passed all tests. Plug and play with Sonatas from 1999-2002, XG300/350's from 01-05,and optimas 01-02 all with modifications. Note that the solenoid clamp has significant rust. Please only purchase for years outside of 03-04 for Sonatas, XG350, or Optima if you know how to complete the modifications. Cannot verify for any other vehicles. Included is a free canister solenoid. It is pictured on the canister unit. It is used for diagnostics of the unit itself and can go bad if your previous unit leake pellets into it. solenoid is NOT warrantied as it is a free inclusion, only canister is warrantied. Some rust on the clamps, but this is to be expected. Solenoid clamp is in pretty poor shape as pictured but can be ziptied. These are the parts which leads to a check engine light of P1401, but is most obviously failed when you cannot fill your gas tank without the gas nozzle at the pump clicking off as if your tank was full when obviously, it isn't. I have 100% positive feedback on my canisters because I wouldn't sell you something I wouldn't buy myself! Unlike other sellers on e-bay, the picture I have here is of the ACTUAL item you will be receiving, not some junk, worthless stock photo.
