Fri, 06 May 2011Jaguar today confirmed it would build the super-fast, clinically-clean C-X75 hybrid supercar – in association with Williams F1. The Jaguar C-X75 hybrid will go on sale in 2013 for around £840,000. Jaguar C-X75 supercar: production confirmed The news means the gorgeous Paris 2010 concept car has made the leap from show to showroom – and Jag vows much of the clever tech will appear on the production car. New Lexus IS 300h, LF-LC and Lexus F-Sport all at 2013 Geneva Motor Show
Fri, 01 Feb 2013We’ll get to see the new Lexus IS 300h at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show together with an Opal Blue LF-CC and extended F Sport range. Probably of most interest – because we’ve not seen it in Europe yet, is the new Lexus IS 300h, the hybrid version of the 2013 Lexus IS – revealed at Detroit last month – which Lexus hope will pick up sales from the diesel competition. Lexus will be adding the F Sport trim to the IS 300h too to show that their cars can look as dynamic as those from Audi’s S Line, Mercedes’ AMG or BMW’s M Sport which, with an expected output of around 220bhp from the electric motor and 2.5 litre engine, isn’t all that incongruous.
Jaguar E-Type for sale – 12 of them
Fri, 05 Mar 2010Three of the 12 E-Type Jags on offer from one seller on Ebay If you ask anyone what the most iconic car of the ’60s was most people - we guess – would suggest the Jaguar E-Type. It seems to epitomise all the was impressive about the decade and – despite now being 50 years old – it still stands up as a stylish and desirable car. Not only is the E-type stylish and iconic it’s having new life breathed back in to it by companies like Eagle, who build E-Types to order from restoration projects and to a standard that surpasses the way they ever came out of British Leyland (or whatever the name of the company was that built them at the time - there were several iterations of the BL Brand, unfortunately).
