You are bidding on a Black original 1969 Mustang rim blow steering wheel pad and trim. Both items are in great shape. No tears or heavy warpage in the pad. The trim piece has no cracks or breaks anywhere. The part number on the pad is shown in the photos. There are no part numbers on the trim piece that I could find. I found this part in a trunk of a 69 Mustang and all I've done is clean it up. I have been out of town several days a week buying Mustang parts, so with that said if you have any questions please ask ASAP so I can get back to you. This is a really nice part. British motor show axed for good?

The British motor show will not go ahead in 2012, the organisers confirmed today. The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders dashed hopes that the UK expo could return after the recession put stop to 2010's event - effectively ending over a century of UK motor shows. 'The British International Motor Show has been a tremendously successful showcase for the UK motor industry,' said SMMT chief exec Paul Everitt.

New MG3 caught on video in Spain

The MG3 – MG’s new supermini – has been caught testing in Spain ahead of a launch in the UK in early 2013. MG doesn’t offer a great deal of choice for car buyers at the moment, but the MG range is set to expand in 2013 with the addition of the MG3 supermini. The MG3 is already on sale in China, but MG are busy giving the MG3 a bit of a makeover to suit European markets, and a trio of UK plate MG3s have been caught out testing in Spain ahead of a UK launch at the start of the New Year.

VW Beetle Turbo, Jetta GLI get power increase

Volkswagen's 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine is getting a 10-hp boost; the engine is now rated at 210 hp while torque remains unchanged at 207 lb-ft. The engine will be available on the Volkswagen Beetle Turbo coupe and convertible and the Jetta GLI sport sedan. VW claims the new engine shaves 0.2 seconds off the Beetle Turbo's 0-60 mph time, which is now estimated at 6.6 seconds.
