Listed is a 1985-1992 Firebird, Trans am, GTA instrument cluster trim panel. It is in great shape and comes with the rear hatch switch as well as the head light control switch. All switches were functional when removed from vehicle. The heater vent's are operational and firm not floppy. It does have a slight crack in the lower left corner that was sealed and test fitted. The last pic is of the crack. It would clean up great and be a wonderful final touch to your Firebird! Thanks for viewing and God Bless.

Who's Where: Richard Ferlazzo appointed GM Australia design director

Richard Ferlazzo has been appointed General Motors Australia design director. Taking up the position from 1 September, he will report directly to executive director international operations design Michael Simcoe and also GM Holden chairman and managing director Mike Devereux. Ferlazzo will be responsible for Advanced, Production and Global Contract programs and replaces Andrew Smith who left Holden this month to take up the position of executive director of global Cadillac and Buick design at GM's technical center in Warren, Michigan.

Volkswagen has unveiled the US version of the Passat at the 2011 Detroit auto show. VW’s European customers won’t be able to buy it, but will be interested in the price: despite being longer and wider than the car offered in Europe it will start from just £13,000 before taxes for a 168bhp five-cylinder petrol. The nearest petrol Passat costs £19,529 in the UK.

While Ford has touted MyFord Touch, and the imports various infotainment systems, General Motors spent the past 30 months developing CUE, short for Cadillac User Experience. The infotainment system's simplicity might remind users of an iPod Touch screen.
