The aircraft part or equipment being provided by UAM INC. are subject to export controls under the 
U.S. Export Administration Regulations, 15 C.F.R. Parts 730-774, and other export control
laws and regulations of the United States and may require authorization from the U.S.
Government.
-Guarantees that the products are intended for and will be only used for civil uses, and will not 
be used on a military aircraft, or for operations permitting the aircraft to fly to any restricted 
country or for transfer (or transfer of possession or operational control) to any restricted 
country.  Customer further certifies that the products will not be sold, re-exported or deployed
for use by a military unit in China or any other country without prior authorization from the U.S. 
Government.
-Will not sell, transfer, export or re-export any of these products for use in activities which 
involve the development, production, use or stockpiling of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons

The Dodge Viper has been saved by Fiat and will continue in production. The real problems for GM and Chrysler were their appalling high-volume cars, stuck at least a decade behind Europe in both styling and efficiency, they were an accident waiting to happen. And the meltdown in car sales worldwide, coupled with the jump in gas prices in the US (which has now gone), signalled the end of the old ways.

Fiat S.p.A. aims to keep its environmental lead in Europe by selling what it claims to be the world's most fuel-efficient gasoline engine. When the engine goes on sale in the Fiat 500 minicar in September, the 875cc unit will be the only two-cylinder engine fitted in a car in Europe.

The 1960 Maserati Tipo 61/60 Birdcage stands for a creative streak in Maserati's design. It was originally built for legendary Le Mans racer Briggs Cunningham, now a member of the International Motorsports Hall of Fame, and competed at Sebring in 1960.
