Ferrari video of the next Enzo's HY-KERS hybrid

Ferrari has issued video of its new HY-KERS hybrid system bound for the new Enzo successor due later in 2012. It mates a V12 petrol engine with a brace of electric motors - one to drive the car's ancillary systems like cooling and power assistance, and the larger one to drive the rear wheels. This teaser video doesn't give away any incredible performance figures, but it does afford a glimpse into Maranello's thinking for its new hypercar.

Audi has revealed a surprise new concept on the eve of the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show – the Audi nanuk quattro concept, a 544hp V10 TDI-engined crossover supercar. The Audi nanuk quattro concept SUV supercar is a design collaboration with famous Italian styling house Giugiaro and, says Audi, has been created to combine ‘the dynamics of a high-performance sports car with Audi’s quattro expertise on the road, on the race track and also off-road’. Renault Fluence ZE electric concept at 2009 Frankfurt motor show

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 15 September 2009 12:00 This is the Renault Fluence ZE, a concept car unveiled at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show that previews the forthcoming electric version of the recently revealed Fluence saloon. Along with the Kangoo ZE, it will be one of Renault’s first electric vehicles which go on sale in 2011. It does – there’s energy-saving LED lights, cameras to replace the rear-view mirrors, solar cells on the roof, dash and parcel shelf, and 21-inch wheels.
