The sub-comp[act SUV Vauxhall Mokka is now on sale in the UK in three trim levels with a choice of three engines from £16,995. First customer cars in November 2012. Poor quality diesel blamed for winter breakdowns

Thousands of drivers are risking a winter breakdown through being sold poor quality diesel fuel, the RAC has warned.
