We generally refurbish and paint these machines but this one is already in perfect working condition so we are selling it a bit cheaper than usual. It  changes very large tires...up to 25" external clamping and 27" internally....see the specs below as listed from the MFG. It is a HEAVY DUTY machine meant for a busy commercial shop...It has an ELectric Transmission that drives the turntable and the rest runs of air power!! It is SWEET!!
