For sale is one used passengers side outer headlight reinforcement end plate P/N 3824830 Correct for Corvettes 1963-1967 - The plate provides to the headlight support bucket.
- It has some bonding material still on it which'll need to be cleaned out.
- It has no cracks or repairs done to it.
- It does have some oxidation and surface rust on it (pics).
- The mount holes are slightly enlarged. They are still usable but washers may be required.
This is a fairly good original reinforcement plate for your Corvette, please look at the pictures. If you have any questions, please contact us. Ford plans to add 1,200 jobs when it begins making the Explorer sport-utility vehicle later this year in Chicago. The announcement is expected Tuesday morning at the plant. Plans to bring the Explorer from Louisville, Ky., to the underutilized Chicago plant have been known for nearly a year.

General Motors Vice Chairman Bob Lutz plans to retire from the automaker effective May 1, according to a statement released by GM on Wednesday. Lutz, 78, had been serving as a senior adviser to GM Chairman and CEO Ed Whitacre after shelving retirement plans to take charge of the automaker's marketing after it emerged from bankruptcy in July 2009. An outspoken executive who both challenged global warming and championed GM's all-electric Volt, Lutz is credited with revitalizing GM's product development efforts after being hired by former GM CEO Rick Wagoner in 2001.

Porsche has revealed the latest version of the 911 GT3 Cup – the first track car from Porsche based on the 991 911 – in Weissach. Porsche has built the new 911 GT3 Cup for its one-make racing series – the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup – and it comes with plenty of promise for more track success. The GT3 Cup gets a 3.8 litre flat six which delivers 460 horses to the back wheels through a six-speed dog-type ‘box operated by paddles on the steering wheel.
