Audi designer to head VW's design center

Volkswagen AG has picked Stefan Sielaff, its current head of Audi design, to lead the VW design center in Potsdam, Germany. Sielaff, 49, will replace Thomas Ingenlath, who is leaving the company. The change will be effective Feb.

After claims about gauging public reaction, and teasing us with drives in a concept car that felt production-ready, the French manufacturer has done the decent thing and decided to build the RC Z. Especially since it’s claimed to be a project close to the heart of Ratan Tata – ultimately, ‘Mr Jaguar’. But we now have the clearest indication possible after Carl-Peter Forster – Tata Motors Group Boss -  confirmed this week that Jaguar are working on a Jaguar Roadster, as well as considering a BMW 3 Series competitor.
