Up for sale is a 1970 FACTORY AMC Javelin COMPLETE right hand side parking light assembly. The auction includes all that you see, metal housing, bulb assembly, female lamp plug, lens gasket, orange lens, & the 3 screws that hold the lens to the housing. The lens has a few heat/stress cracks. The lens gasket is dry, & brittle. All in all a nice complete set. Please see pictures for more details, & feel free to see my other AMC items.

Chrysler announces high school design competition

Chrysler has launched its ‘Autorama High School Design Competition 2013'. The competition calls for high school students currently attending a Detroit Public School to design a future luxury Chrysler brand vehicle they picture for the year 2030. Students must submit their designs on one sheet of 14" x 16" paper using pencils, markers or paint and include their name, school, grade level and contact information.

Nissan beefs up the Rogue in an effort to attract male customers

Nissan will introduce an accessorized version of its Rogue compact crossover in hopes of attracting more male buyers. The Krom Rogue, on sale Dec. 9, will sticker for about $23,000 in its two-wheel-drive version and about $25,000 as a four-wheel-drive.

Lotus Evora hits London showroom

Despite the fact that the new Lotus Evora is not due to start delivery until next Summer, Lotus of London, in Park Lane, has this week taken delivery of the first Evora to hit a showroom anywhere in the world, and it will be on show from the 22nd December. The Evora is going to be on display until the 9th January, offering potential buyers, and the terminally nosey, the opportunity to see this exciting new Lotus in the flesh. Finished in Frost White (trendy, but I’m not sure it suits the Evora that well), with a red leather interior, the 2+2 is the first proper new Lotus car for more than a decade.
