We ship most orders from our warehouse in Southern California Monday-Friday and tracking information will be emailed to you. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your junk/spam folder prior to contacting us. Signature Required:

Lost or Damaged Items:

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, please proceed according to the following protocol: If the parcel appears to be lost based on the tracking information from the carrier or if it has been more than 15 business days since we shipped the package, please contact us to begin a trace on the shipment. NOTE: USPS Loss claims can take 21-60 days for USPS to complete their end of the trace investigation. We cannot begin an insurance claim until USPS deems the package lost.

If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, (Note: Only open the package in the presence of the carrier). Otherwise, do not attempt to open it, leave the package in as-received condition and contact the carrier within 1 business day to report the damaged package. After contacting the carrier, contact us immediately to begin an insurance claim. Please include your full name, address, phone number, and eBay item number with your notification.

Failure to report loss or damage in a timely manner may result in denial of the claim. You have up to 5 days after receipt of goods to notify us if the item is damaged and/or incorrect.

Once an insurance claim is approved, we will replace the item in question or issue a refund for the value of the claim if the items cannot be replaced.

All International Shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International (except Mexico which is by Fedex International).
