Garmin USB Aviation Data Card Programmer permits the updating of Terrain and Obstacle databases on legacy GNS 430/530 series and GNS 430W/530W series navigators, using a data card paired to those devices.

The programmer allows customers to transfer databases from flyGarmin.com to data cards more efficiently by offering improved performance as well as RoHS compliance. It provides greatly enhanced transfer speeds — up to 80 percent faster — ensuring customers spend less time in front of the computer.

The programmer is backwards compatible with previous Terrain data cards, so a new data card is not required. The programmer comes with a USB cable.

Spyker said to be General Motors' only candidate to buy Saab

Spyker Cars NV is the only buyer under consideration for the Saab brand and is seeking to line up funding that will satisfy General Motors Co., a person with direct knowledge of the situation said. Financing has been a main obstacle to a deal, said the person, who declined to be identified because the information isn't public. The proposal from Spyker, a Dutch sports car maker, had included a Russian partner that GM rejected, and Spyker was seeking to arrange financing that didn't include that partner, the person said.

The 2014 Mazda 6 sedan will be unveiled at the Moscow auto show this week, but you don't have to fly to the Motherland to get details on the new model. We have them right here. As we expected, the new mid-sized sedan will make use of Mazda's SkyActiv technologies, including either a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine making 147 hp and 154 lb-ft of torque, or a 2.5-liter four making 189 hp and 188 lb-ft of torque.

Fairer Finance waded through the small print of “every” car insurance policy, and found that the policy documents produced by Endsleigh, Sheila’s Wheels, Esure and M&S Bank run to more than 30,000 words.
