We have for your shopping pleasure a vintage used Griffin red glass beacon.  We actually have two for sale; they are being sold one at a time.  They were harvested from a local salvage yard--saved from the crusher!  They are in a worn condition.  Base is 4-1/4" wide and 5" tall.  This would be a a great vintage/antique addition to your classic truck.

Supercar maker Spyker starts production in UK

Last month it closed the deal to buy Saab from GM; today it built its first car at the new UK factory after relocating from Holland.Spyker Cars is quitting production in the Netherlands to manufacture cars in Coventry – nearer its main supply base in the Midlands.The new Spyker facility switches assembly of the Aileron supercar from Zeewolde to a new 20,000sq ft plant at CPP Manufacturing in Wheler Road, Coventry. The first car went into production today.

Huayra paves the way for Pagani sales in the U.S.

The Pagani Huayra will pave the way for the Italian company to begin selling its cars in the United States later this year. Pagani Automobili said on Monday that the 700-hp Huayra will be sold through a network of dealers. But it did not say how many dealerships it would have, where they would be located and when sales would start.

General Motors has announced a change within its Global Design organization that will effectively see Bryan Nesbitt and Ken Parkinson switch roles from August 1 this year. Bryan Nesbitt, who has been executive director North American Exterior Design and Global Architecture Strategy, has been appointed vice president of GMIO Design. The appointment will see Nesbitt relocate to Shanghai, China, and serve as the lead voice for Design in the GMIO region.
