THIS GEAR CASE ASSEMBLY WAS REMOVED FROM A NEW HONDA 60 HP OUTBOARD THAT WAS ORDERED AS A 25" (XL SHAFT) BUT FOUND THE BOAT NEEDED A 20" STANDARD SHAFT. THIS GEAR CASE WAS REMOVED FROM A BRAND NEW HONDA OUTBOARD, BUT HAS BEEN SITTING IN A BOX FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS. EXTENSION SEPARATOR IS INCLUDED, AS WELL AS BOLTS. SOME SCRATCHES AS SEEN IN PICTURES, BUT NEW WATER PUMP, ZINCS. THIS GEAR CASE CAN BE CHANGED TO A 20" SHAFT, WITH BUYING THE PROPER SHAFT, PARTS, ETC. BUT IS A TIME CONSUMING PROJECT. THIS IS THE OYSTER SILVER COLOR, THE NEW COLOR (2013 & NEWER)IS SLIGHTLY GREENER BUT THIS CAN BE USED WITH NEWER 60 HP ENGINE (2007 and Later BF60AK1 XRTA GEAR CASE ASSY). NO PROPELLER INCLUDED.
