New improved impeller shaft Powerdyne BD-11A (round shaft). Lightest

  • Cogged gear is tough Anodized Aluminum, with correct tooth form, like original, for less rotating mass. Others extra weight from steel gear put extra, unnecessary load on your belt and impede performance, due to the added inertia from un-needed mass.
  • Correct CNC HTD tooling for proper belt release.
  • EXTRA row of vent holes to avoid 'belt float'.
  • Improved belt retainers that will not fail like stock. 
  • Available in stock 35mm width or 40mm width (with 40mm, some case machining required (email for details), 40mm Gates GT belt available also.

This shaft fits Powerdyne BD-550, BD-600, BD-10, BD-11, BD-11A,  Ford Motorsport, O2 Force BD-100,  B&M BD-12 superchargers, but if you have the triangular shaft now, you'll have to change to an impeller with round hole, available in other auction.

Peugeot RCZ R and facelift (2012): first pictures

Peugeot will show an RCZ R concept car at the 2012 Paris motor show - signalling its intention to turn its good-looking coupe into a more serious sporting drive. The show also marks the arrival of an RCZ facelift for the rest of the range, bringing the two-door into line with the new family face. The RCZ R will go into production, later in 2013 according to Paris.

Survey claims winter prompts increase in in-car tensions

NEW research conducted by the RAC puts the traditional winter blues in the shade, as the motoring organisation’s survey has uncovered a new phenomenon: "carguments". According to the RAC’s poll of 1,300 drivers, as many as 54% of motorists say they have arguments in the car – hence the ‘cargument’ - at this time of year when the days are short and the weather is miserable. A total of 15% of drivers and passengers said they argue more in the car than anywhere else, with 19% saying the mere act of driving left them stressed and angry, and 14% feeling cooped up in a car.
