JTI S2-SERIES Slip-On exhaust JTI exhaust systems are constructed of 6061-T6, CNC machined, billet aluminum with stainless steel (fiberglass packed) baffle cores and hardware, then finished off with an industry leading high temp black textured powder coating. Each pipe is model specific including billet alumnium mounting brackets. This slip-On system includes a stainless steel mid pipe and an FI light eliminator. It's a direct replacement for factory canisters and mounts in the stock location. The 05-06 ZX-6R S2 features improved performance, 8lb weight reduction, a deeper sound, and a raw look. Installation instructions and tag bracket are included. All required hardware is supplied (some models reuse factory gaskets). Production output decline slowing

The data, presented by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT), show that, while production levels are still on the decline, the pace at which they are declining is slowing. Car production figures for June 2009 are still down by 30.2% compared with this time last year, however this is an improvement on the 50.2% by which production is down so far this year.
Who's Where: Martin Smith to retire, succeeded by Joel Piaskowski as Ford Europe head of design
Wed, 28 May 2014Martin Smith, head of Ford of Europe design for the last 10 years, will retire at the end of this year, before which he will work on a project to study the future direction of the company's global design direction. He will be replaced by current head of strategic concepts group, Joel Piaskowski on 1 July. Smith (64) first joined Ford back in 2004, leaving General Motors as director of design for Opel/Vauxhall.

The 2014 Range Rover Sport comes in four trim levels - SE, HSE, HSE Dynamic and Autobiography Dynamic – and a choice of three engines - TDV6 and SDV6 3.0-litre diesel units and supercharged 5.0-litre V8 petrol – although not all engines are available on all trim levels. Equipment levels are decent with even the Range Rover Sport SE getting leather trim, auto lights and wipers, DAB, power tailgate, Stop-Start, Climate, heated front seats, SatNav, air suspension and Terrain Response.
