KCA amp installation kit features our
oversized Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA) The
KCA Kable uses the same ultra flex PVC found in the Kolossus Fleks Kable
and the CCA conductor from the KLMX Kable. Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA)
is made up of 90% Aluminum and 10% Copper. CCA overall provides a cost
effective solution to most audio systems. Assembled from stranded 34
gauge CCA, the KCA Kable is equal in size to the Kolossus Fleks Kable,
but is designed for lighter current loads and not lightening your
wallet.
The In line AGU fuse holder does not come
installed within the cable, this allows the installer to place the
inline fuse holder in an optimum location during installation. It also
allows the installer to extend the power wire 1-3' by using the inline
fuse holder to add cable to the main run (leaving the 18' as one unit
and using the fuse holder to "splice" a few feet of wire)
The
KCA-K4 is a complete kit, meaning additional mo additional parts are
required to complete your installation.

Product FAQ
How many watts can this amp kit handle?
At KnuKonceptz, we do not use "watts" to rate our amp
kits. This is a very inaccurate method to determine what the proper
gauge wire required for your amp installation. There are many amp
manufactures and not all of them represent the output of their product
accurately. Please refer to your amplifier's fuse rating, this is a
number a manufacture can not fake, well they could but it would put
their product in harms way! Add up the fuses on the end of your amp (two
30A fuses = 60A total draw) If this number is under 80A, this kit will
fit your application. If over 80A, a larger gauge wire would be required
or use our Kolossus Flex 4 gauge amp installation kit
What is the small 18 gauge wire built into the RCA cable for?
This is the remote turn on lead for your amplifier.
One end is connected to either the power antenna lead or Amp turn-on
lead of your headunit's wiring harness. While the other end connects to
the amplifier's turn-on connector (REM)
Can I alter this kit in any way before purchasing?
Our amp kits are made in large batches to reduce
cost, which is passed onto you. We can not alter them in any way. Should
you need to make alterations, you would have to purchase the items
individually from our shopping cart.
