A complete kit to make your Kubota Rtv 900 or Rtv 1100 a standard gauge 56.5" rail rider/ speeder / inspection vehicle. simply pull up to a crossing with wheels in upright position, get lined up with railroad track, get off Kubota, crank front jack down til it raises wheels approx 2" off rails, walk to rear of Kubota, crank jack down til wheels engage rail, crank down a little more to just put a little pressure on rear railroad wheels. jump back on Kubota and run 25Mph down real railroad tracks... kit includes front & rear railroad wheel assemblies with jack. includes front hitch for rr wheel assembly to slide in to. rear assembly slides into factory reciever on Kubota. The Tesla Roadster is a great achievement – if madly expensive for what it is (an electric Lotus) – and the work Koenigsegg are doing with the Quant is very exciting. But one company that is efficiently going about putting together a workable, high performance car is Fisker, who have been working on their electric saloon car – The Fisker Karma – for less than two years.
2012 Volkswagen Beetle to launch with Black Turbo edition
Mon, 13 Jun 2011Volkswagen is borrowing a page from sister company Porsche and will turn to the color black to sex up the soon-to-arrive 2012 VW Beetle--and to draw attention to a preorder program launching this year. The Beetle Black Turbo edition follows in the lineage of Porsche 911s augmented with Black editions, and the VW will sticker for $25,720, including shipping. Power comes from a 2.0-liter four-cylinder rated at 200 hp and 207 lb-ft of torque, which is the same as the regular turbo Beetle--and VW's hot hatch, the GTI.

Tue, 25 Sep 2012The new Toyota Auris is heading for a debut at Paris 2012 and Toyota has now revealed prie and specification ahead of its reval. Starting point will be £14,495 and there will be four trim grades - Active, Icon, Sport and Excel – as well as two petrol engines – 1.33 Dual VVT-i and 1.6 litre Valvematic – a single 1.4 litre D-4D diesel and a hybrid, with the diesel and petrols getting a six-speed manual ‘box and Toyota’s Multidrive S CVT an option on the 1.6 petrol. The Auris hybrid gets the E-CVT automatic.
