This listing is for the New SA2010 Zamp Racing RZ-55 White, Small Helmet. This full face helmet features, certifications and rating of, SFI 24.1, Snell SA2010 and D.O.T. This helmet also features openings in the front and sides of the chin bar and scalp to allow air in and escape through the top exhaust ports for driver comfort. The interior of the helmet features a plush fire retardant Nomex padding and a removable washable liner as well as a padded chin strap designed for racer comfort and proper fit. The distortion free face shield is constructed with a high grade, low fog polycarbonate with an excellent extend peripheral field of vision. This is a new item that has never been worn and the Snell Rating is valid until 2020. I stand behind what I list. I offer a one year warranty from the date of purchase with proof of purchase. Returns are also accepted. Aspid GT-21 Invictus revealed – sort of
Tue, 17 Jul 2012Aspid – the Spanish supercar maker which was IFR Aspid – has revealed the first images, and video, of the new Aspid GT-21 Invictus. IFR Aspid made the Caterham-esque – and rather bonkers – Aspid SuperSport, but after a change of name to just ‘Aspid’ they teased a new car back in May, which looked to be more mainstream. That tease arrives as the Aspid GT-21 Invictus, which takes the starting point of the very ‘open’ SuperSport and clothes it in a new body that turns it in to more of a GT car – even if it still gets open front wheels.

Renew your photo card driving licence!
Mon, 07 Jan 2013Despite a fine of up to £1,000 for failing to do so, 2 million UK drivers are driving on expired photo card driving licences. Back in December, one of the Cars UK team had cause to hire a car – or at least try to – but was horrified to discover that his photo card driving licence had expired. A quick check across the team revealed one other expired photo card license and two who were still driving on the old pre photo card licenses.
