Time Based Progressive Nitrous Controller (Single Stage) - Starts nitrous flow at any level you set (from 0-100%) and then gradually brings in the full 100% flow of nitrous over a time period adjustable from 0 to 10 seconds. This allows you to start with a small shot of nitrous power (say 25 to 30%) to minimize wheel spin off the line; then smoothly transition to full nitrous power when the tires can hook up and handle it. ET improvements of up to 1/2 second and more can be achieved with the simple addition of an NOS Progressive Controller. May be used with the most single stage nitrous systems. It features a black anodized, billet aluminum case and unique adjustment knobs that lock into place, so the progressive settings can't accidentally be changed.

Wed, 12 Mar 2014IT’S A BIG ‘no’ from the motoring public on the subject of lowering motorway speed limits, according to a survey conducted by car supermarket firm Motorpoint. In light of recent proposals to reduce to 60mph the speed limit on a 34-mile section of the M1 spanning Derbyshire and South Yorkshire due to pollution concerns, the web-based survey found 78.1 per cent of drivers opposed such measures. Over 4,100 people participated in the poll on the company’s website – www.motorpoint.co.uk.

A Spanish website claims to have stumbled across the technical design sketches at a European patent office and – if authentic – they spill the beans on the new plug-in hybrid electric concept car that’s bound for a showroom near you within two years. The Ampera is Opel/Vauxhall’s version of the Chevrolet Volt, the breakthrough car that could just save GM if it survives its current crisis.
Sergio Pininfarina exhibition to open in Maranello

The ‘Grandi Ferrari di Sergio Pininfarina' – Sergio Pininfarina's great Ferraris – exhibition will feature his classic designs and current Pininfarina evolutions in three halls: Concept Cars, Motorsports and Grand Touring Cars. The Concept Hall will be filled with famous designs such as the Modulo, the P6 and the four-door Pinin concept.
