For sale is a NOS MoPar wood grained dash bezel with air conditioning vent hose plus template. Chrysler part number 4342368. We believed this was originally ordered for a vehicle that we intended to install air conditioning at our dealership. This fits 1985-1986 model "B" vans and wagons. We are  a franchised Chrysler dealer that was  in business for more than 75 years! We are now selling 80+ years of NOS MoPar parts, equipment and many other things. Ford EcoSport Limited Edition (pictured) has been revealed The Ford EcoSport – Ford’s Fiesta based SUV/Crossover – will be arriving in Ford’s UK showrooms in 2014 and to kick things off there will be 500 EcoSport Limited Edition cars. Ford revealed the Limited Edition on their Facebook page, and just 120 of the Limited Editions are heading to the UK, and to grab a reservation for one you’ll need to head over to Ford’s EcoSport page to get a reservation before completing the deal at one of Ford’s dealers. The Limited Edition will come with Ford SYNC Applink system – which lets you control Apps with voice – leather trim, a set of 17″ alloys and, as Ford say, “Ann array of advanced technologies”.

Mercedes proves E-Class hybrid tech with unusual test

IN AN impressive display of performance and economy, Mercedes-Benz has completed a lengthy test of its new E300 Bluetech Hybrid saloon by driving it almost the length of the country on a single tank of fuel with a flat-out speed test at either end. With ex-rally driver Mick Linford at the wheel the standard production E300 Bluetech Hybrid began with a full tank of fuel at Newquay Cornwall Airport, the most southerly airport in mainland Britain. Down the main runway it completed an acceleration test to past 62mph from rest in a little over seven seconds and reached 136mph before braking for the end of the runway.

Highway Code braking distances questioned

THE ACCURACY of facts and figures in the Highway Code has been called into question after research by the RAC showed that many drivers underestimate official stopping distances. As part of the organisation's Report on Motoring 2014, drivers were asked to identify the Highway Code's stated stopping distances from different speeds, but the majority “seriously underestimated” the figures. However, a separate survey by Right Driver of 1,000 Advanced Driving Instructors (ADIs) revealed that the vast majority strongly believe that the official braking distances have become irrelevant and should be updated.
