This is an auction for a used OEM FACTORY 87-95 Yamaha YFM350 350 Moto-4 Seat with latch (base is good and foam is almost all there-missing a few chunks-needs a new cover).  It is in good working condition as listed and shown and came off of a 1987 Yamaha YFM350 350 Moto-4 2x4 2wd but some pieces MAY ALSO FIT the YFP350 Terrapro, YFM350 Big Bear, and Warrior. You'll have to check with your dealer to make sure it works for you as it may fit many other years, makes and models. I've listed what I know, you'll have to do your homework to find out if it fits YOUR year and model (the easiest way to find out is to call a dealership parts dept and ask if they interchange). Ford to open Silicon Valley lab

Ford Motor Co., aiming to keep ahead of technology trends, will establish a research lab in the heart of California's Silicon Valley. The automaker said Friday the lab will open near Stanford University in Palo Alto, Calif., in the first few months of this year. Ford wants the lab to take on a start-up feel and expand beyond the traditional automaker mindset to encourage innovation and improve mobility and safety.

Top Indian cars fail crash safety tests

SEVERAL of India's most popular small cars have failed independent crash tests, a global car safety watchdog said. David Ward, head of the London car-safety watchdog Global NCAP, which performed the crash tests, said the car industry in India lacked adequate safeguards. Four of five small cars popular on the Indian market last year, including the famous Tata Nano, failed the crash tests.
