General Motors says its EN-V concept might be tested in large cities

The EN-V will wear the Chevrolet badge. It is designed to communicate with other vehicle and city infrastructure to minimize congestion.
Porsche plans to shift U.S. headquarters to Atlanta airport site

A formal announcement is expected on Thursday, according to a report in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
