Return/Exchange Policy: All items do have a 20% restocking fee no exceptions.  (Restocking fees do not apply if USPS, UPS Fedex damages the part)  Buyer pays all return shipping.  We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the amount of the part including any shipping fees. No returns will be accepted after 15 business days.

How Returns / Exchanges Work:

All Return Exchange Items MUST be in brand new condition, which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.    When returning a part item must be in the original packaging, new never used, a note with your name, address, Ebay user name and e-mail address that we can contact you at along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return or exchange  to help process the return failure to do so may result in a delay in the return.

Shipments: All packages are shipped with in 48 hours of your payment clearing pay-pal. Shipments depending on location can take anywhere from 6 to 7 days (In the lower 48) For all shipping we us UPS ground, and all international & free shipping packages we use USPS, all international packages could take longer then domestic packages depending on the countries customs offices, we do provide tracking numbers for all packages via e-mail that is provided by your pay-pal receipt. Once the shipment is processed you will receive your tracking number in your e-mail.
