The nicest Hella 118 horn grill driving lights made. Absolutely perfect reproduction of the originals. Also included are a pair of horn grills for 1969 to 1973, LWB. This is an entirely new run of these lights, and they use H3 bulbs. Mon, 04 May 2009Gerhard Plattner achieved almost 100mpg in a SEAT Ibiza ECOMOTIVE But when press release came in from SEAT this afternoon telling us that a SEAT Ibiza ECOMOTIVE has just achieved a run, on real roads from Barcelona to Germany, of 1,562km and used just 45.53 litres of fuel, we had to get our calculators out (we’re so old now we can only see the reality of the achievement in mpg!). By our reckoning the Ibiza managed just a shade under 100mpg. Astonishing.
Volkswagen teases with sketch of new sedan for Tennessee factory
Thu, 12 Feb 2009Volkswagen AG on Thursday released a sketch of the mid-sized sedan that will be built at VW's factory now under construction in Chattanooga, Tenn. The mid-sized sedan, which has yet to be named, will be slightly larger than the Passat. VW plans to build 150,000 units annually when the factory opens in early 2011.
