Keeps the radio on after you turn off the car. Radio stays on for 15 minutes, or until you open a door. A nice feature found in newer cars and now you can add this feature to most any car.
This controller connects between the radio and a constant power source. By monitoring a switched power line and the dome light circuit, the radio is allowed to activate when the key is on and stays on after the key is turned off (up to 15 minutes or until a door is opened.) A nice touch to a vintage car. Fits Ford cars and trucks from the 60's and 70's and any vehicle with a 12v dome light with the 12v lead being switched by the door. Malaysian Grand Prix Qualifying: Hamilton grabs pole for Mercedes
Sat, 29 Mar 2014Lewis Hamilton takes pole in Malaysia in heavy rain Lewis Hamilton has secured his second pole position in two outings for Mercedes at the Malaysian Grand Prix – equaling Jim Clark’s record of 33 poles – as rain turned the Sepang track in to a lake. And with drivers quickly going on to full wets – and cars flying off the track as the rain took control of the qualifying sessions – the playing field was levelled, allowing Red Bull’s reigning World Champion, Sebastian Vettel, to almost pip Hamilton to pole, taking second place just 0.055s behind the Brit. Behind Vettel is the winner of the opening Australian Grand Prix, Nico Rosberg, in the second Mercedes, followed by the Ferrari of Fernando Alonso and the Red Bull of new boy Daniel Ricciardo – who was so impressive in Asutrali two weeks ago – taking fifth spot.
Mark Fields replaces Alan Mulally as Ford CEO
Fri, 02 May 2014Ford Motor Co. named Mark Fields to replace Alan Mulally as CEO on July 1, handing the reins to a 25-year company veteran after being saved by an auto industry outsider. “From the first day we discussed Ford's transformation eight years ago, Alan and I agreed that developing the next generation of leaders and ensuring an orderly CEO succession were among our highest priorities,” Executive Chairman Bill Ford said in a statement.

Conti, who joins from Northumbria University, will take up his position on 1 May and be program manager for the first year course and be responsible for curriculum development and coordinating external projects. He will also contribute to the second year teaching and research activities.
