This unit looks great but I don't know this history. It is listed as for parts or not working but it is untested, thus it's being sold as is. Everything is clean and all the knobs seem to work properly. I will ship worldwide. It appears this unit was sent from Michael avionics in Arizona as it is still in their box. I will include some aircraft related paperwork that was left in the box. I'm not sure if it will give you any knowledge or insight into the operation of the Nav Com. The unit is professionally packaged, boxed and ready for shipment. If you have questions feel free to ask and I'll do my best to answer them
