Russian army brake strap rocket launcher demining UR-77, UR-83 (in Russian - УР-77, УР-83).
The strap stop during the flight 1,5 tons (3300 lbs) of explosives, which pull jet engines.
Inside the strap has a copper wire for blasting explosives.
Breaking strength - more than 20 tons (>44100 lbs). 
Length of strap - 6,1 meters (20 ft), diameter  - 16 mm (0,63 inch), weight - 1,2 kg (3 lbs).
