Shipping:

The shipping quote is based on using USPS Priority Mail,USPS Standard Post, and/or UPS ground, and is calculated using the eBay shipping calculator to give you the most accurate and fair shipping price to your location. I will combine shipping whenever possible if you purchase multiple parts, just contact me for a quote or an updated invoice before you send payment. If you need expedited shipping, I can give you a quote depending on how fast you need the part - I can ship as fast as overnight if you need it. I will ship to Canada, but the shipping costs will be higher than to the US, so please use the calculator for a price. Canadian bidders are responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees or customs charges to get the item into their country. I accept cash with a local pick up. If you would like to pick the item up locally, please contact me after the auction end to make arrangements. I ship items out the next business day after payment clears. I know what it's like to be waiting on parts, so I make a point to get them on their way to you ASAP.

Returns:

I will not accept returns because the item doesn't fit - it is your responsibility to ensure that the item will fit your machine. Returns are only accepted for items that are dead on arrival or that are found to be not as described, however this should not be an issue since all of my parts are in good working order off of running machines. I inspect all of the parts I sell carefully, and I do not sell any junk parts. I am an honest eBay seller and I do my best to describe all parts as accurately as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item that you purchase from me, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the situation.
