This is a new NOS OEM OPEN BOX item that is currently in very good condition. The housing is in its factory coat of primer. There is lite surface rust on the bottom side but nothing penetrating the item. The lens is absolutley perfect and is still held in by the original hardware. This piece is in great shape for its age and would be ideal for someone building a nice authentic restoration. The images of this item accurately depict the quality and condition of the item listed.
