Up for bid is a vintage over 36" air horn made by Grover Products Co. of Los Angeles . It looks like it has been used and the one end of the horn has a good dent in it but I'm told that can be repaired, but I'm just selling what you see. There are two original mounts with it it looks really cool because of it's length if nothing else. I will use EBay's check out feature and email you the final total including shipping. Some of my auctions will have the costs already set at time of auction closing so you can proceed without my mailing if you so desire. Winners of multiple items should wait for my mailing as I offer a discount on shipping. Please be patient for my mailing to come to you as I do not live on my computer and have a life outside of Ebay. Payment must be made within 7 days of the closing date of the auction or your bid will be considered void and a Non-paying bidder alert will be issued. Thank you for your interest!

BMW 7-series hybrid due in 2009

Mon, 07 Jul 2008

By Nick Gibbs Motor Industry 07 July 2008 14:30 BMW will launch a hybrid petrol version of the newly unveiled 7-series in 2009, but admits it’s more for green-leaning V8 addicts than seriously eco-aware bosses. Even with the latest lithium-ion batteries, the forthcoming 4.4-litre V8 petrol-electric version will struggle to match the astonishing 39.2mpg and 192g/km of CO2 of the new six-cylinder diesel, especially when BMW will launch stop-start technology for the whole range within two years. The hybrid is likely to cost several thousand more than the £65,000 it’s estimated you’ll need to buy the regular, twin-turbo 750i that goes on sale in November 2008.
