Cut from Oracal 651 adhesive vinyl which is rated as a 6 year outdoor vinyl and it is dishwasher safe as well. Great for cars, trucks, boats, laptops, windows, wall decor, tumblers, mugs, etc.. There is no background or clear backing. The background is whatever you apply it to. Detailed application instructions will be included with decal. Please do not remove transfer tape until all vinyl adheres to applied surface. No refunds or replacements will be given due to user error or wrong color selection.
