ALL ARE IN VERY NICE CONDITION. DECENT WEBBING AND REALLY NICE CHROME AND SATIN FINISH ON THE BUCKLES AND LATCHES. ONE OF THE LATCHES HAS A BROKEN SPRING UNDER THE PUSH BUTTON.
