Wonderful Vintage 6 Volt Driving/trouble Light on 2040-parts.com
Natchez, Mississippi, United States
This is a great little light. The instructions say to put it on the roof with the red plastic showing to the rear and the white showing to the front. The little light bulb is just a tail light bulb and it worked a year ago but I haven't check it since. They are available at the auto parts stores. The cable is real long so it can fit just about anywhere on the car. The magnet works but I always used in somewhere that I could attach a little string so it wouldn't fall off and get broken. Apparently, they used them to light the floorboards when passengers were entering the car. Good luck.
